Why Did Vlogger Casey Neistat Give Up After More Than 1 Billion Views?

You remember Casey? He's the go-to guy in New York who made a fortune as a Youtube video blogger.

And I featured him in one of my blog posts here, and regularly watched his channel.

Well, he's hit a problem.

The daily vlog was getting too much for him.

So he gave it up yesterday. After only 18 months.

Every Silverite (owner of my System) must be gasping in their coffee right now, because this goes against everything I've said in the past. And in case you need reminding, it's this.

Do more. Even Casey said it himself, tattoed on his arm:

I'll tell you why it matters...  because if you're on to something that will turn out a winner, never let go, do more and persist. It is the absolute answer to succeeding in life and playing lotto.

It is proven in millions of examples where a person has achieved success against all the odds.

Big namers have made quotes about persistence:

"Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th." Julie Andrews

"Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it’s not. It takes patience, it takes commitment..." Barack Obama

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence... Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." Calvin Coolidge

Casey doesn't know this yet. Otherwise he wouldn't have given up his position as one of the top 5, or 10 (whoever you talk to) most influential vloggers in the video universe with over 1 billion views.

His 18 months at the top of his game is something that millions of other Youtubers and his audience admire and respect.

Not to mention the money... somewhere north of $500k a week it has been estimated.

Rapper Kanye West gave up for a different reason too - but it's still giving up.

Yes - like Kanye West, up until yesterday he was basking in a pool of diamonds... a position most people dream of all their lives. And he threw it all away.

As a lottery player you have a big advantage over Casey. You don't have to spend 16 hours a day producing your life's work. You only have to spend a couple minutes and a few dollars to achieve your life's dream of more money than you ever need.

No working, no sweating, no late nights.

But here's the point if you haven't figured it out now... NEVER give up!
