From 17 May 2022, the Silver Lotto Membership website access has changed and Members before that date will need a new login. Fill in the form above and we will reply with your access details within 24 hours or sooner.
Q. I forgot my password
If you have bought a Silver Lotto product at any time, we will send you new login details. You cannot use your own. Use the form above to get your login sent to you in an email within 24 hours or sooner.
Q. I want to change my password
Because of our change and increased security levels, your supplied password is fixed and can’t be changed.
Q. I haven’t got a reply from you
We always reply, 24/7/365. However, some Silverites are using old or blocked email addresses, which means our replies are not getting back to you. So after waiting 24 hours, check that our email is not lost in your spam folder. Then send this form again with a different return email host like Gmail.com which has an excellent open rate.
Q. How do I get my PRO Custom Profiles?
Use the Message section to list the PRO you purchased, using country and game. Your PRO is always available when you want it. We will always let you know when it is updated.
