Did this Indian-themed New York Lotto commercial ever make it to primetime tv? The elaborately shot 1999 ad starred then-unknown actor Bipasha Basu, and created a minor scandal in India because it featured her as a topless princess.

The artistic ad directed by Tommy Kane surfaced a few years ago on YouTube, but many sites now block it with this notice: 'This video contains content from UMPG Publishing, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.'
