It’s a story of confusion and small change. Harold Eastabrook was confused, twice.

First, he couldn't work out why he needed to go to the OLG Prize Center in Toronto back in 2015.

The Sundridge man thought he was collecting $2,000 from the October 24 draw. But the amount was one thousand times more than he expected.

“I just couldn’t understand why I needed to come to Toronto to pick up my prize. I thought I won $2,000,” laughed Eastabrook while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

“It was the cashier at the store who told me to add a few more zeros!”

The happy winner said the prize amount was a bit overwhelming and he started to shake right there in the store.

“My wife began to cry. We left the store and shared the news with our daughter first,” he said.
