Store clerk bought mistakenly sold ticket and won $7 million

Michael Donnelly, a grocery store employee at Harris Teeter in Falls Church, Virginia, found himself an accidental multimillionaire due to his simple error.

While attempting to sell a Powerball ticket to a customer, Donnelly accidentally produced a Cash4Life ticket.

The customer wasn’t interested in the mistaken ticket and left it with Donnelly, who then decided to buy it himself.

This accident led to a remarkable turn of events as the ticket was a jackpot winner in the Cash4Life lottery, securing Donnelly a massive prize of $7 million.
