Anyone Can Win $2,000 In A Lottery Ticket Contest Simply By Picking Up Dog Poop

In an attempt to fix the city's pollution problem, Taiwanese officials are now handing out lottery tickets with prizes worth $2,000 to people who pick up after dogs on the streets.

The New Taipei City, Taiwan government say that for each bag they turned in, they were given a lottery ticket. The top prize was a gold ingot worth $2,200.
