South Carolina lottery player said his $200K jackpot win news felt like a heart attack

Winning the lottery can feel a lot like a heart attack, said a South Carolina Education Lottery winner. But in a good way.
That's what a Seneca, SC, man experienced after he won a $200,000 lotto prize.
The winner, who wished to remain anonymous, reportedly told customers inside the Countryside Exxon in Seneca that he thought he was having a heart attack, according to the Greenville News.
"He got weak-kneed and sweaty and couldn't concentrate," said South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
But seems he made a recovery to collect the prize.
The couple told lottery officials that they'll use the money to pay off bills and maybe enjoy an early retirement.
There have been no known reports of a winner suffering from a heart attack, but there were a couple of close calls.

In 2009 it was reported that $10 million lottery winner Donald Peters died of a heart attack.
But when we investigated further we discovered that he passed away soon after buying the tickets. His family didn’t find the winning ticket until a couple of months later.
Another £9 million British winner also died of a heart attack, but the story showed it was caused by money worries some years later.
There are many other similar reports, but some quick research soon turns up the fact that the headlines were often misleading and any heart attack was unrelated to a win.
