60-year-old California lottery winner keeps his promise to give back to his community

When people dream of winning the Lottery, a lot of them also dream of giving back. We caught up with one recent $60 Million winner who's made it his mission to help his community.

In July 2014, lottery winner Jack Long promised to give something back from his $60 million California Lottery Powerball jackpot. The retiree had originally bought three Quick Pick® tickets – one Powerball, one Mega Millions® and one SuperLotto Plus®, then went home and didn’t think much more of it until the night of the draw.

After promising to give back to his community, his Fontana Foundation of Hope is continuing to support a variety of local groups.
