This $4 Million Lottery Millionaire Is Dishing Up Large On A New 200-Seat Restaurant

Restaurants are always a risky business, but it won't worry $3.75 million lottery winner David Primmer. He's always wanted to own one since his student days.
Now a year later, the Labrador West player is putting some of his funds from the win into making his dream a reality.

David was one of the eight United Rentals employees in Labrador City who won the Lotto Max jackpot of $30 million. The winning ticket was purchased at Jugger’s Convenience, and the store received a 1% seller's prize.

NTV News reported on the restaurant development, noting that he was going ahead despite the downtown in the economy and the looming closure of Water Street for sewer upgrades.

ABOUT: This is the second time in two years that a $30-million prize has been awarded in Newfoundland and Labrador, and it is the second time in 2014 that Atlantic Lottery has celebrated a big win in Labrador.
