The Billionaire Who Walked Through My Gas Station
/ Ken Silver
Another Aston Martin owner at a gas station, film director Steven Spielberg.
I was sitting in my Aston Martin waiting for a lane to be free in my local city gas station.
I use this one because it's the only station with the high octane fuel my car requires.
And as I sat there waiting for the car ahead to exit, I saw a figure I recognised through all the extensive publicity he gets by being one of our country's few billionaires.
He ambled past my car, a sheet of papers in his hand, looking quite content.
This station was between two of his buildings where his large financial company operated, so I guess it was a convenient short cut.
But the point I noted was how at ease he was.
No rushing. No hurried steps. No concerned glancing at his watch.
He looked like a man without any cares.
If you thought money would bring you peace and joy, here's the best example I've seen.
And it seems to be true of many rich folk. They don't have any worries - maybe apart from managing their wealth.
For us, the only way to acquire enough money to behave like this is the lottery.
Because, let's face it, few people have the skills of a Steven Spielberg or the billionaire I saw.
But you already have two things to get a large windfall... my lottery system that's the best in the world, and motivation.
You must already be motivated to win - or you wouldn't have read this far down the page.
So here's the point.
Make a point each week of getting inspired.
If you have a dream or desire to accomplish a goal, then make sure you do something towards it weekly that will get you inspired.
As you know from my newsletters and articles I'm a keen Aston Martin enthusiast. I visit the showrooms and look at ads and news constantly for this brand.
My level of motivation and involvement is extremely high.
For you it might be a different goal... maybe you want to travel by taking a liner cruise around the world for a full year.
So get yourself invited on a cruise ship nearby, and as a visitor live your dream for a few hours.
The more you can physically get involved with the things you want to accomplish, the better.
Here's a hint: do this after you play your game.
Because like most players you need to be motivated to continue playing when you don't get the prizes you want.
Sparking the dream with your experiences will keep you going to the next game.
