Concerned Fans Flock Round British Lottery Presenter Who Appeared Unwell

A well-known tv presenter got viewers worried after his recent Satuday night appearance on 'The National Lottery: In It To Win It.'

A viewer posted these photos of the show, saying 'not looking too good.'

Host Dale Winton, 59, appeared to look unwell, stumbling on his words and appearing bloated and uncomfortable to viewers who watched the BBC One show.

Winton in his earlier days as a popular tv host, including Dale's Supermarket Sweep from 1993 until 2000.

Winton returned to TV as the host of the big-money quiz where contestants compete to be in the right place at the right time, reported the Mirror. The show also features the National Lottery draw.

Viewers have registered their concern over Dale Winton's appearance, including a weight gain.

He was best known for presenting the shows including 'Dale's Supermarket Sweep' from 1993 until 2000 and again in 2007, the National Lottery game show 'In It to Win It' since 2002 and the 2008 series of 'Hole in the Wall.'

Dale Winton has died of natural causes, reported HELLO magazine. The Supermarket Sweep host passed away at his home in April, at the age of 62, with his funeral later held on what would have been his 63rd birthday.

Although specific details of Dale's medical history have not been released, the popular presenter talked about his health difficulties in one of his last ever interviews, revealing that he had been out of the limelight to have several surgeries for his shoulder and knee.
