The son of prominent golf hero Des Smyth is selling the home he bought after winning £7million (US$10.7M) jackpot.

Greg Smyth has enjoyed living in the swanky pad and has even splashed out on brand new £120,000 sports car.

The former horticulture student is living in Drogheda, Co Louth where he bought the winning ticket, the Irish Mirror reports.

However the property has now been listed as 'sold' on myhome.ie.

The 31-year-old's pad has five bedrooms with two en-suites, a modern fitted kitchen and a landscaped back garden.
