I've got two things to talk to you about today.

As you might remember I've had problems over the years with my support.
I'd been using Gmail, which worked well most of the time.
But not 100% of the time. Sometimes it was my fault - such as the time I used a Gmail filter which knocked half the requests out. Or falling into their spam folder.
Spam filters are a wonderful thing... except when it's not spam!

So I still use Gmail for those reasons.

I have been able to respond faster, and I've been able to do that because the information has been right in front of me.
The graph shows I'm responding faster. That first bar is 5 hours... I'm close or below it most times.
This is in spite of the fact that my geographical location at the bottom of the world means that there is a big delay. Because while I'm awake, the rest of the world is sleeping. And vice versa.
But you can see that even despite that, my response time is down to 5-7 hours. Ideally I'd like it to be instant, but I'm just not awake at the right times!
What that means for you is this:

2. Your query won't get lost. Once you finish the Support Ticket you get sent a confirmation email that I'll be working on your answer. That makes life a lot easier for you.
3. It's open 24/7. Yes, I work weekends too.
4. Often you can get your answer automatically in the Search much more quickly. And as I add to these daily, you soon won't need a reply from me at all!
