HOW TO CLAIM:
1. Identify your email against the Encrypted Email Address above on the website or in the Newsletter. If it is a match, you’ve won.
2. Check out the timer on the website under each Draw result. That’s how long you have until your email disappears and your claim time is over.
3. Email me straight away to claim. Send an email using your Draw email return address to askkensilver+won@gmail.com with Won in the subject. Your email claim must be current according to the timer at the time you send your Claim.
4. You'll get an automated reply back confirming we've received your email together with a link to the Claim Form. Fill that form out and you’ll receive your Prize, normally within 24 hours.
5. You have 1 week to claim the Prize after being identified as the Winner in an acceptance email, and then it is withdrawn.

We select the winner at random from the newsletter subscription email addresses. Winners are selected without favor, country choice, date or any other pre-selection process.
All emails go back in after the Draw each time, so there's a chance of winning more than once.
+ How do I check the Draw results?
One email is shown in the Lotto Tips newsletter, and the other Winners are shown on the Draw website here. Every week at 10 am NZST, we draw a subscriber’s email and post the winner at:

+ How do I claim my Prize?
Check your email address against the winning Encrypted Email Address (EEA) in the Draw results box on each page.
If they match yours, email me straight away to claim. Send an email by using your winning Draw email address to askkensilver+won@gmail.com with "Won" in the subject.
Your email address must be showing in the results box at the time you send your Claim email.
You'll get an automated email reply back confirming we've received your email together with a link to the Claim Form. Fill that form out and you’ll receive your Prize, normally within 24 hours.
+ How do you know it's me claiming the Prize?
You claim by emailing from your own full version of the matching winning Encrypted Email Address (EEC) as shown in the Draw results box.
We then match it up with the full Draw email we have on record and then email you back at that address.
If you get our email, we can guarantee it's you and no-one else!
+ I missed out by a few minutes, can I still claim a prize?
Sorry, once your email is updated with another Winner and your email is not showing in the Winner's area, you can't apply for a Prize.

+ Should I be concerned about my email security?
Email addresses are encrypted (Encrypted Email Address) for full security.
The asterisks in every Winner's Encrypted Email Address make it almost impossible for anyone to hack your address.
However, if you are worried about security, go to your latest newsletter email and unsubscribe from the link at the bottom.
Or contact us using the CONTACT form below in the footer section and your email address will be removed and your account closed. You won't be able to take part in any future Draws however, or get the Lotto Tips newsletter.

Only one email subscription permitted per person.
Each winner's email will be put back into the Draw, so players can win multiple times.
Winners will be asked for a testimonial as part of this winning agreement before we release your Prize. This is required to show publicly that the draws are valid.

What Is an Encrypted Email Address?
Your email is fully protected because it is only published using our Encrypted Email Address. Here’s how it works…
Random letters or numbers in the first part of your email address (the user name before the @) are carefully selected and replaced by an asterisk. Each asterisk takes the same space as one letter or number. The selection is random and there are no set patterns to their placement.
For example:
johnsmith@xmail.com
might be completely encrypted as:
**hn*m*th@xmail.com
or alternatives such as:
j*h**mi*h@xmail.com
When this Encrypted Email Address is applied, it becomes almost impossible for a stranger or hacker to decipher the name.
But because you, the owner of the email, are familiar with it, you can see a pattern and it becomes easy for you to identify it as your own. No-one has yet mis-identified an email in hundreds of Draws!
