My expensive sunglasses theory and how it affects the odds of winning the lottery
In 2018 Robert Bailey collected the largest Powerball in New York Lottery history wearing sunglasses.
After years of making do with cheap sunglasses, I got worried about the effect they were having on my eyes.
Excessive UV light is the start of a number of eye problems. So I decided to buy the best, by price.
My theory was that if you bought the most expensive in the type of goods you wanted, you would be free of problems of poor quality, bad fit, expensive repairs.
This works for cars and many other luxury items.
But I found it didn't work for sunglasses.
A cheap pair from the gas station work just as well, and you can buy half a dozen of them for when you lose them. That’s according to scientists too.
There's another area that doesn't work well for spending a large sum of money - high jackpot lottery games.
Sure, there's a lot of appeal in winning hundreds of millions in a super jackpot.
But the reality is that your chances of winning the main prize are very slim - even with my System with PRO.
That's why I tell everyone that a collection of smaller prizes - maybe adding up to many millions - is better than the giant games.
Because the best way to improve your odds is by playing the lowest ball and number combinations. And the good thing? It's a LOT cheaper.
Which means you can play more which increases your winning chances too.
Low numbers of balls and low numbers in any game give vastly better odds. The odds are so low that you actually have a better chance of a winning a prize.
Large games like USA Powerball or Mega Millions often will go several plays or even many weeks before the jackpot is won, And that's with millions of players, each playing many lines - and some spending hundreds of dollars a game.
The odds are stacked against you with such high balls and numbers.
The odds are so impossibly high that it’s why NO-ONE wins the jackpot in the first weeks, so they have to roll it over again.
So play lower odds and get a BETTER and regular bite of a lower-value prize.
Only then will you start getting the wins you want.
